Steps:
When opening the chests granted from defeating Caduceus in Turn 1, a member of our party was simultaneously leaving the instance via the exit that spawns after the fight. This seemingly resulted in the loot not being distributed to those present in the instance until the timer on the items ran out completely, even though all members present had rolled on the items. The items did drop, but only after waiting for the timer to end.
