when the one blaming everyone in the party for failure is the DPS with his face in the ground 20 seconds after the start of the fight. every. single. time.

My favorite 'occurrence' of this was a DF Ultima party I joined. Everyone was dodging really well, and then all of a sudden three people died to something they had been dodging for the last few attempts. They said they hit a lag spike, which I was inclined to believe... since it was easy stuff to dodge and they had done it before. Plus, three dying at once? Anyway, the monk in the party makes a comment about how... "I'm a melee, and I can dodge everything just fine. Why can't you ranged dodge?" Next pull, he dies to the first Garuda ability... you could tell it was an accident because he DID start running, but entirely too late. Before the party could say a word, he left... probably embarrassed. XD We all got a good laugh out of that.

LB on Ifrit/primals at the moment they jump. The worst thing is: I DID know this was going to happen. Did that stop me? The empty LB gauges say "Nope".

This happen'd to my DRG mate in Garuda Ex last night as well.
We got LB3 and Garuda with less than 10%, killed sisters in Phase 3 and DRG did LB3
but stupid animation was too long and Garuda disappear right at his face before LB finish.

I was shocked and typed "!!! what did you do " forgetting to run in to barrier,
I and WHM died from ultimate, good thing is we managed to pull it off.

Add my name to the list of "using LB/DRG Jump at the wrongest possible time" during Titan HM.

My first Haukke HM was on my BRD. Last boss, I put up Blood for Blood during the second wave of adds, but forgot to click it off for Blood Rain. If I hadn't eaten food before the fight, I would've died. I'm sure our healer was thrilled, too.

Accidentally flared Spiney Plume with Razor Plumes in Garuda EX because I didn't notice Spiney was hiding in the pack

First time I ran GX, and we were finally getting the fight down, looked like this would be the winning go. Sisters and spiney spawn, kill Chirada, click Suparna's name to transition, fire off Windbite and Venomous Bite, realize I just killed the spiney. Wiped the raid. Worst part is I *know* I clicked Suparna's name.

Was running dragoon on Pharos Sirius and we were on our second go at the Zu. It was starting to get dicey at the end, heals were getting shakey and our tank was on his last leg when my LB came up. I popped it... And the Zu flew up.

A bit of frantic dodging later and the Zu descends and immediately dies.
