More Placement Slots:
We would like to request more placement slots. We filled just 1 floor with 80 items. I cannot image how bare a large house would be when it is double the size of ours (a medium) and only gets 200 slots.

Minions In House:
Allow minions to freely roam the house.

Terra-forming
Allow the ability to change the lawn in the front yard to other types of landscape skins.

Arched Partitions
Right now the only way to separate rooms is to use partitions or screens. Partitions give a lovely effect but it doesn't really provide a doorway. By providing arched partitions we could have that doorway effect without the mechanics of an actual door.

Housing NPC's
I think it would be really cute to have housing automatons that go around the house and clean. It would be neat to see some life in the house.

Housing Bank
Having a bank specifically for furnishings not currently being used in the houses inventory is a great idea. One of our slots is currently filled up with furnishings that our bound to our home. We want access to them if we want to make changes to our layout (which we do almost weekly) but there is too little space, and we don't want to throw them away.

Sitting Positions
One suggestion is choosing how your sit in a chair, just like the facial feature emotes. This would really add to role playing. You could /slouch, /stiff, /recline. Fun options, hopefully we see these in the future.

More Wall/Floor/Window Options
- The medium house in the Lavender Beds (using the glade walls) is really limited by all the pillars and lines, it makes decorating a chore. It would be nice to have some interior options with walls that are nearly seamless. Another option besides stucco and gold would be nice as well.
- The windows in the houses are sooo tiny. The light that comes through is brilliant and really adds a nice accent to the home. It would be nice if larger windows were available in the future.
- The flooring options are all woody. Is there a way we can get some tile or perhaps a carpet feel, something more solid.
- Ability to paint walls and tint carpet would also be a nice touch!

Housing Access
Please make a way to allow specific people to enter from outside of the FC and not just everyone or FC only. There should be some sort of Guest Pass. We have many friends outside the FC who when we do eventually close our house, would like to move it as well.

More Dying Options
Some of the items could use the ability to dye them. They are beautiful in design but the colors are meh and don't really match well with any other piece.

More Shops / NPCs
Looking forward to seeing more shops, NPC activity and maybe some puppies, kittens or heck bunnies and bluebirds floating around the trees or something! We are right by the water and that brings a lot of life to our home but still, could use a bit more... activity in the housing zones.

I'm fairly iffy on the market-board suggestion. Although I would dig the pure convenience of the market-board in the FC-house, I'd also like the main cities have a few features in which keep them alive. The market-board is probably what draws a majority of the players back to the cities. Giving FC-house that feature will drain the cities and make them rather barren.

It already appears that Market Boards are to be implemented into the housing areas. There are what looks like inactive Market Boards in every housing district. If that is the case, we thought having one in home would just be more convenient.

I agree that all cities should have something to sustain their activity. But I think it would be great to see hustle and bustle in housing districts, aswell. Let's hope they find a balance.

There are some really good ideas there. My favourite is the Company Message Board, which was something I too had thought about.

As for the Market Boards, I think one per house would kill city activity, but one per housing ward might be nice, and might encourage people to socialise with their neighbours.

I love your ideas and I'd like to expand on the minions. SE could create a furnishing for each minion to interact with just as it would with your character. A perch for the parrot or standing birdcage for the bluebird, a puppet stand or scratching post for the cat.
I am in absolute agreement that we need more placement slots inside and out. Small furnishings are ignored in favor of large items that will fill a large space making medium and large houses feel underdressed.
I wish SE would give us better building options like large stained glass windows or skylight roofing so at night you can see the stars while inside. Balcony access from inside would also be nice.
If I log out in my house when I log back in I would like to be in my house instead of in front of it, same for when I queue for a dungeon. I hope someone from SE's development team has read your post and maybe soon they will give us more ways to customize & expand our housing.
