Hi all.
I'm desperate.
From monday morning (I'm from Italy) I cannot connect to my character.
The story:
I had problems to summon one of my two retainer because everytime I summon it, my character stucks.
I called a GM and he unlock my character and ask me the name of my retainer. Gived; He tell me to retry to summon it, but I didn't see anymore the retainer. ?!?!?. He suggest me to restart the game (why if the game is "dynamic"? but ok...).
I restart the game, reog into Square Enix windows, I select my character and after 1 minutes in "Now Loading" the error appears:
"An error has occurred on the game server.(30002)13164XXXXX,30099561,5"
I tried 5/6 times with out success.
My brother, that was online in the meantime, report this to the same GM that ask me to restart, but the GM said that he cannot help a not on-line users....
So ok...
I restart PC and retry to log in game (Remeber: I can log into Square Enix window, but after choosing the character, the error appears): same problem.
So, I call my bro via telephone and I gived him SquareEnixID, Password and One time password and ask him to try to connect (so different computer, different modem, different internet connection) and.... same problem/error. He can log in the game without problem with his account/character.
So, I create a new character to test... I log in Square Enix window without problem. I can see the 2 characters; if I select the new one created by me minutes before I can og into the game without problems. I ogout from the game, I selecter the main character (the one with the problem) and the problem appears again.
So.. 1 + 1 = 2... someone have managed my character profile on the game server I think.... but, I would like to try again:
I uninstalled the antivirus, I used another internet connection, I reinstalled the game... the same problem: main character with error, my second new character used for testing no problem.
I tried to chat with Square Enix Center support 2 times and 2 times they escalated my problem.
The first time they answer me that the problem was temporary and they said to me to retry to connect: same problem!!! (main character with problem, second new character without problem).
The second time they answer me with an e-mail on how to configure the modem/upgrade firmware modem/Power cycle my internet hardware and so on (but the guy from the second chat told me: "yes of course we understand this, as it is not normal you are using the same connection but you can login with the character but not with the second one. do not worry we will look into this and try to give you as much information as we can for you".
And now?!?! I ask to some that can help me, because I cannot log with my character... and it is not a internet connection problem or my computer problem...
I repeat: I think that the first GM modify something in my character profile in the server (or something similar.. I don't know how the game works, but for sure it is not my problem) and the problem appears from any internet connection (I tried 4 differents internet ISP) and from any hardware configuration (I tried 7 computers).
I don't want to level up a new character after 1 year of game (I'm in from the beta... never quitted...)
Please, please, please help me Square Enix!
Sorry for my english and for my long post.
If any of you thinks that this is unacceptable, please Like this post, so some developer can assist me to fix the problem, because I think that problem can became a problem for anyone.
