    The healing disease debuff was really situational to begin with but now it's worse than before.
    I don't get why you have to nerf our PvE "utility" just because of PvP.
    Considering the ONLY change to those that was for both PvE AND PvP, was stated as for both, and was only the healing reduction part of it. I can only think of one boss off the top of my head where it would be useful and that could be why they nerfed it for PvE as well.

    That wasn't a pvp change. They fixed Diminishing returns because it wasn't working like it was supposed to.
