Fair enough. But I think it's in anticipation if the new content coming in 2.2. Anything story related you should expect a difficulty drop on at some point as new content is added or just prior to.

There is a single option of freckles, unless they are counting colors as options.

Overall, I'm disappointed with the freckles. Due to the small selection of colors they make you look like you suffer from rosacea or like someone attacked you with a spray bottle full of paint. Its hard to make them look natural outside of a small range of skintones.

Kind of sucks that they were abusing it since I enjoyed killing the beetles after everyone else had left the instance after the last boss.

They adjusted duty roullete low level to represent mid level dungeons as well.

You can still do it, given 2 of the chests people ignore have beetles around them. And one of them drops the bloody bow rims and bloody grimoire bindings, two extremely valuable pre-relic mats (8-10k for bow 25-35k for grimoire on Leviathan).
