Ever since 2.1, I've been getting Error 90000 and 3102 (for up to 3 minutes) everyday

I can't really give dates, hours, locations and situations since this has been occurring every day, at any hour, on any of my 8 characters, and in various occurrences, from idling to dungeons to open areas to guild hests to levequests...

Some may say it's "normal" to get this at least once everyday, but I can state here that before 2.1, I never had DCs that weren't derived from my own connection. And now I can say my connection is not the issue, as programs (including FFXI) that I've ran in the past and still run now on the same computer at the same time, are just fine and don't slow down nor DC in anyway.

My only theory is that this is derived from an increase in the server population (I'm on Balmung), but it's getting really annoying and no one seems to be having the DCs as frequent as me. There are days where I'll DC at least once in every dungeon run I make, when I do farm dungeons for loot or exp. It's been happening on boss fights as well, with me as tank... Though according to my party I was able to keep threat even while idle in-game for 3 minutes while I was locked on the 3102 screen waiting for my character to depop.

Has this been happening to anybody else? I swear I never DCd from server errors before 2.1 >.<

Run a trace route. Open up command prompt (in accessories) and trace to your server IP. For Balmung that's 199.91.189.30 (from arrstatus.com).

The command will be tracert 199.91.189.30 in your command prompt. I'd be willing to bet you're dropping packets (*) the same as the rest of us.
