The content is made vastly more difficult by having the wrong jobs. Bring 2 WAR, no BRD, and a bunch of MDPS to T2 and see if you win. People complaining about tanks not getting runs sound pretty silly to my ears; my two geared jobs, WAR and DRG, are both largely unwanted for non-enrage runs.
