Second, you think that fights should be tuned so as to allow for packet drops(like yours)? All of them, or just some?

Both versions. I never had a problem with Hard Mode Titan. Then the Data Centers pop up and then I suddenly have this terrible 3 second lag where everything stops. Then immediately speeds through several animations which even when I run know what's coming I still get hit.

It needs to be cut down. There are far too many animations.
