Loot System Failure and Lockout

They can't help you in regards to the loot you got.

If you don't want to click, one of the bullet points says in regards to Labyrinth of the Ancients (Crystal Tower):

"In the event all but one party member leaves the instance, the remaining party member will not receive loot until they have cast a lot on said item.
* In the event no one lots on an item, it will be lost when all party members leave the instance."

Yes, I've been informed of that supposed fix myself. Someone said that shouldn't have happened. I wish that it didn't, but it did. Yesterday. Prior to the update.

I can live with the weeks of being screwed. I've swallowed that. All I want is a reset for this week. Remove the items from my inventory, and allow me to run CT for the thing I actually wanted. One, or both characters.
