    So how far has the game come?

    I played a bit during the original launch when the game was F2P, and then a bit when it went P2P (got some game time from a friend). I then played it again during the free time from the ARR launch, and that was it. Curious how far it's come, so I can judge if I should begin subscribing. Always been a FF fan, and it hurts me that I couldn't put the time I wanted into this one..

    Believe me, it's not like I didn't like it. I loved even the original one. Even though I need something to play, money is tight.

    It's kind of a mixed bag. Some people hate the game. Some people love it. It depends on what you're looking for.

    Personally, I find endgame to be boring ATM cause I don't care for dungeons and raids. But I still p2p cause I enjoy the game as a whole and I know it's only going to get better from here.

    One of the quests has you sit on a Goobbue's head and sneeze at bad guys.

    If that doesn't convince you to buy it, I don't know what will.

    Well I got an interview for another job tomorrow. If I can land this, I should make a bit of extra money to start subscribing to the game!
