Launcher System Error

As of 12:30am Central. Was picking up fishing leves in the 35 range Coerthas when I 90k'd, then 2002 lobby server errored out.

Afterwards I started getting the "A system error has occurred: -2146697211"

If I enter the FFXIV_BOOT.cfg and change the B4EulaAgreement from 1 to 0 it lets me in for about 15 seconds then I 90k again. (this fix was found on reddit from when people had this occuring during beta). If I go back into this file and change it from 0 to 1 it also lets me back on briefly before 90k crashing again.

If I am getting the above system error message I cannot access these forums or the Loadstone from my home network for some reason. I tried on my cell as well.
