Anyone encounter this Titan EX glitch?

So we were playing through the run like normal. After the first jails, neither of the people who were jailed are able to move. They aren't covered by a gaol anymore but they still have the Fetters status. They take no damage and can't do anything. Eventually, he does jails again. We can't kill them in time with 2 people locked down. The jails blow up, but again, we keep the fetters status and take no damage. So now there are 4 people locked down. At this point everyone else jumped and we were trapped in the run for a while before it eventually removed the fetters status.

Has anyone else seen this?

I've seen a possibly related glitch, where the gaol bound me for perhaps a couple of seconds, then just vanished. Right before Titan did upheaval. We wiped.
