It is really easy. Get a few i70 accessories hq and meld vit+ on them.

IF you have the hp to survive the conflag phase you can easily beat twintania. Well as long as your dds are putting out enough dmg.

You do understand that the crafted accessories with melds would be a higher ilvl then what is listed right?

Except melded crafted jewelry still counts as ilvl70 for all intents and purposes... having a mixed left side 90/80/maybe 1 70 left + party buff(from tank) + food should put you over 4k regardless of your accessories though.
