What exactly is the type of info. you are looking for?
Basic info:
On the first sets of nails don't switch cause there is no need to.
On the set that has the big nails don't switch again cause the DD will know which place to go to kill the nails. once the WHM that had howl wears off the other WHM will get it but he will already be in safe spot, than when that wears of the other WHM needs to go over and switch to where the safe spot is. After that he should be dead.
Heal the party when you don't have searing wind. It's really only the fight where I have to use Eos and use a sacred soil on the nail that's about to explode.. btw double scholar is possible, did it before.
IMO this is def the hardest boss for healers currently.
usually is easier to have 2 people cooperate together than 4... so.. i sugest having the the healer with the howl stay in some corner like left or right from ifrit... and have the healer that gets the debuff there all times, so dps know where they can run to and where they can start dpsing, but on the last set of nails the healers switch acording to the dps.
example on last nail phase.. having the healer with the howl being on the left, the dps start from the right, clockwise, and usually by the time the first howl ends, the second one might be somewhere where the dps will already have killed all the nail, so no switch there, but on the third howl the healer if he maintain the same position, he will be with the howl right on top of the last set of nails needed to kill, so when you have 5 on the howl timer, you already switch with the other healer so he can heal the dps and you say far from the party.
basically be ready to switch with 5 or 4 on the timer... also focus target the other healer, this is particulary good for me when the other healer is a whitemage btw... since i use a macro to heal focus target with the fairy, this helps when he gets the howl
for white mages the dps should try to stack together as much as possible so one cure 3 can heal everyone, especially after hellfire... btw... if you have the howl right before hellfire that means you can run with the party to void the dashes, but the other healer can also join the party right after to heal and get healed and avoid the eruptions... but you will get howled right after that so you sprint to the east side of the arena and get ready to run from dashes

Regardless of switching stragegy (really, whatever works for you, works for you), there are some general tips that should help:
1 - Manually control Eos. Use whispering wind on the start of every nail phase, use other cooldowns as you see fit. Defense + healing power buff + sacred soil before big nail is very important.
2 - Howled healer heals tanks; non howled healer heals party and tanks between nail explosions. Pay attention to their HP so you can time out the next AoE heal
3 - shield / regen self right before getting inferno howled so you can ignore it's damage and focus on the tanks.
4 - Blow absolutely EVERYTHING you must after big nail explosion. Every healing cooldown you might have, use it: Everyone has to be topped of right after it. Try to save the big ones (presence of mind, divine seal, etc) specifically for that part.
5 - This is very important and a lot of people seem to forget, including me: Ifrit howls right before the final hellfire. DO NOT RUN TOWARDS THE PARTY AFTER THE BIG NAIL IS DESTROYED. RUN AWAY, MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOT THE ONE GETTING HOWLED, then you stack with everyone. Howl ends before hellfire on other phases, but not on the final one. Even if you must die due to being out of heal / shield range, it's a worthy sacrifice. You only need a healer up after it, don't kill everyone else just to save you.
6 - Tanks take more damage than usual during the final nail phase, so be careful. Something about a few double/triple incinerations coming their way, idk. I'm not a tank, I just see numbers going down and get them back up.
7 - You can eat one crimson cyclone and top yourself after it as long as you have stoneskin / adloquium before the damage. If you don't know how to dodge while howled, or you simply are caught out of position, just eat one away from the party and cure it. I don't even bother dodging CC from the left side when I have howl.
8 - Inferno Howl ticks 3 times, @15,10 and 5 seconds on timer. What this means is that you won't insta kill everyone right as you get it, and it also means that any repositioning that must be done should start after you see the 5sec explosion, and not when the debuff ends.
And remember to have fun on the one fight that people keeps telling you it's easy, igoring the fact you're maniacally pressing all the buttons on your controller / keyboard trying to top everyone off. It's actually easy once you get enough practice, but it's by far the hardest primal to learn as a healer.

Synergy between you and the other healer is key
Pick a strategy and stick with it
that is all it boils down to
