Restoration Q

Not sure if this is where to ask or not, but when it comes to item restoration, how long on average can I expect to wait? I submitted a ticket for one which took about a week to get an answer, then a few more days to actually have it "submitted for review," and now it has been a week since I got the submitted for review thing and I'm beginning to wonder if they forgot about me ;_;

My friend that works at Blizzard has a turn around time for restores of 3 hours. Entire accounts AND individual items.

When I asked for Fantasia Potion restoration, it only took less than 3 hours. Same goes with the restoration for my friend.

Mind if I ask, which item you want to restore?
