How long does it take for lodestone to update?

From all my time playing since 1.0, my character never updated while I was logged in. I have to relog and only then (after a few minutes) it updates my character to the status he was when I logged out.

So if you left the game on for 24 hours straight, that might be the reason while it didn't update. You don't have to stay logged out for it, just relog, I guess the action of logging out sends your character status into the lodestone servers (again, it's never right away, takes a few minutes).

This... though sometimes it may take longer, like it did when the game was new... but those are server delays. for changes to take effect you need to relog as he said.
