    Error 90000 in Jan 2014, the error that spans "2 years"

    Adamantoise server (NA) and still getting the random BUG error that SE (Square Enix) seems to not have fixed
    I have posted before back in Sept 2013 about this random bug the NA/EU servers have (along with many other players) and now in Jan 2014 the problem still is here.
    Come on SE, do something please...

    don't plan on a fix anytime soon. I have reached out to SE multiple times in last 3 months. First I was told it was corrupt files in game "completely formatted hard drive and reinstalled everything", then I was told it was a known issue, next I was told it was my internet connection "my isp said no issues found", then I was told it was my nic card "tried different nic adapter and still issue", then I was told it was cuz I didn't have port forwarding in router "setup port forwarding, still issue", then I was told it was overloaded server and to just deal with it.

    It is just so stupid. This is what made me stop throwing money at SE back in october and what will make me stop in four days.

    I got 90k'd while in Crystal Tower. When I log backed in (right away) I was back in town.

    Edit* Happened twice now. Did not even get to First Boss and I already 90k'd again. Then when I try to reconnect/enter the world I get error 10105

    A 90k error simply means you lost your connection to the server. Could be a server problem, could be your ISP, could be your computer, could be your router, etc. etc. Saying that SE hasn't solved 90k in two years is saying that SE hasn't made the Internet 100% reliable for all its customers. It makes no sense.

    I've replaced my router, I've replaced parts in my computer, I've contacted my ISP and I've contacted SE many times. No resolve. Problem only happens with FFXIV no other games/programs cause a disconnect to the internet connection. To me it seems like a hardware incompatibility to ffxiv, but how to fix that resides on SE's end.

    Are you saying that playing FFXIV causes your Internet connection to disconnect entirely?

    Samething here I have reformatted, deleted and reinstalled data, forwarded proper ports, no firewall, reset router multiple times which is a new router, this is a hardware/development issue I have talked to many people on my server and other with same bug problem 90000 causing disconnects from instances and for some like myself locking us out of the game, because when we are kicked game doesnt log us out. I have submitted multiple reports on this will no response it seems to go ignored even know so many players are having the issue... the primal servers where just hotfixed for these 90000 errors but now its spreading like wildfire. If a server goes down while a player is participating in a Duty, they may be prevented from logging back in due to the Error 90000 - this is what is happening to me and many others that was suppose to be fixed.. but now Im affect after there update in Zalera .. Im not a happy camper nor is my friends or players Ive met experiecing the same problems .. Ive now lost 1 week of play with no response for SE

    I think you are missing what Lurkios is saying. Error 90000 is just the games way of telling you that you disconnected from the game. For instance, I could turn off my router, and I'd get an error 90000. SE can't fix that. You need to be more specific than just FIX ME DISCONNECTING.
