Any plans for a FFXIV Mog Bonanza?

Hey are there any plans to have a FFXIV Version of Mog Bonanza? I know its early in the game but...I think maybe down the line it would be pretty cool to have. Like Rank 1 could be Weapons/Gear/Gil and maybe even a Large Plot one FC house.

I really dont think there is much worth having as bonanza prizes seeing as most things are easy to get and will be quickkly outdated anyway unlike FFXI where things last years.

But i would take personal housing plot or/and an item that would take winners and their party to a special instance to fight a special boss/bosses.

So you want them to hand out relic weapons and top tier gear in a game that it is already easy to obtain said items?

It has vanity stuff, exp stuff, high tier armors, items you can't obtain anymore through normal means, special BCNM access items and so on so they already hand out relics in this game, that would be nothing new, it would just save people money that buy relics

So thinking of that, XIV has no reason to ever have a bonanza till at least post first expansion, since there's nothing really...worth anything nor do they use types of content you can access with items yet.

Yeah i remember that i still have my orb that let you fight those heroines can't remember the name though.

Relic weapons can be made in a few hours so it wouldn't be any different. As for items Rank1-5 and the Rewards Vary. It's not just Top Tier Weapons/Gear. Like I said they could do Land Deeds, Mounts, Minions, Materia, Chocobo Bardings, Housing Furniture there is a lot of stuff they could do.

Anyways there isn't really enough gear in the game atm to even do a Drawing, I am just asking if we will ever get a Mog Bonanza Type Event in FFXIV. In FFXI they did them yearly. Up until the last 2yrs or so they did them like every 6months.

Only if it's done in a way that doesn't clog up 10 spaces of my inventory with marbles for an extended period of time. Oh, and would be nice if there were a lot of novelty items and not just allagan pieces or whatever, since a lot of people probably already have those items (or can get them easier as coil difficulty is lowered in the future).
