1- Allow players to cross skill their jobs with all disciples with their current job/disciple, allows player creativity.

2- gathering system needs to be adjusted not all materials should be easy to get, (example putting a 20% chance to be gathered for gold ore) .

3- making a High quality item should be much harder to accomplish, the surplus of HQ items makes them less valuable the NQ items harder to sale.

4- introduce new Bosses (Via Duty finder so they won't be monopolized by RMT) that drop materials and gears, also there was in FFXI BS (Beastmen Seals) fights which were needed to access the fight. the value items in status should increase as the more harder it becomes to obtain.

5- better pot system, pot system is kinda broken, Alchemist is the only craft that doesn't make as much gil as the other crafts. Seldom you see a player buying pots that last a few seconds like an Ice potion for fighting purpose.
