Conditions for Preparation are overlapping on the Quantity Counter

I had originally posted in the Disciple of the Land Forum, but consider this a bug. As stated in the title, the Conditions for Preparation are overlapping on the Quantity counter for everything but the last item. I am going to assume this affects all servers, not just Diabolos and happens always. Please see screenshots. This is with preparation active. Yew logs show Quantity counter, but the apples or branches do not.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
