    GM's not responding to ingame support ticket.

    I've submitted 3 support tickets asking one questions which is a yes or no question and I cannot get a clear response from the GM's.

    Q: Is it okay to use ffxiv-app.com "parser" it reads your battle logs and organizes the data into something useful in a user friendly UI.
    (NOTE: Because it does NOT alter the game files it becomes unclear to me if this is against TOS.)

    Many of my friends use this app and I know a lot of others do as well however I want an official YES or NO from someone from Square Support before I start using it because I don't want to wake up one morning and have my account banned if it's against the TOS.

    Please respond with a YES or NO if it is against the TOS. Thanks.

    I dun think the GM's are used for FAQs. They are for bugs, getting stuck, and harassment control. Neither would they give you a definite answer because 1) they dunno what's behind the app so they can't give definite response; and 2) they probably aren't allowed to commit anything regardless.

    Not a question that GM's are responsible for, and already answered here on the forum by forum reps.
    If you want the detailed answer, search for it.
    Short answer, probably OK.

    Just wanted to say hi~! The ToS is VERY broard. In fact all those Cloud Squall's out there right now are breaking it. (can't name yourself after a FF character or other hero)

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
