How come Dragoon isn't part of the opening Movie ?

Every job class is included in the opening movie except Dragoon. Why ?

Just thought it odd that the job class I chose from day 1 was the least advertised.

Would have been cool seeing the Drg.. joining up in the fight.

Instead we get to see the FFXIV version of Matt cast a protect / warp spell on our heros and off they ride into the sunset on a herd of chocobo's

Where was Dragoon ?

The Dragoon is a lie.

Lorewise, it's because the Dragoons and Monks are rare, and advertising wise, parts of the opening movie come from the 1.0 close, so Summoner and Scholar didn't exist. To top it off, they were using characters that appeared in the original 1.0 opening, with the male Elezen being missing, so they only had 5 characters to work with. The missing characters will be added based on the official concept art you see that matches those characters. The Monk will be a Highlander female and all that jazz.

Actually there is a Red Wizard in Final Fantasy, it's what Red Mage becomes in FF1, but there is no relation to that Red Wizard to my own!
