Please update the roadmap

Dear project manager(s) at Square Enix,

some time ago, you have published a roadmap with a timeline concerning the further development and implementation of features in FFXIV ARR up to the year 2014 on the official website of the product.

Meanwhile, the roadmap is quite outdated and sadly, and to my concern, it represents mostly a list of broken promises, missed deadlines and disappointed expectations of customers. Nevertheless, it is still available on the website (I am not going to post a link here, since I risk my account being suspended again for creating "a negative impact on the community or its members"). I am confident that you agree that publishing the outdated version of the roadmap does not make much sense, neither to the community, nor to your CRM.

Since I am sure that you agree that a silent removal of the document may not be welcome by the customers and/or stock holders to which it had been presented, I request and suggest, with all due respect, that an updated roadmap and timeline may be published and communicated.

This may even help to calm down the doubts which have been raised in the non-japanese community during the last month, and it may even deliver a reason for many existing customers to extend their subscription after the initial 6 month subscriptions times out in March.
