    Couple questions from a noob

I'm working my first character, a summoner, almost level 40.

My first question is about bane. I've used it a few times in dungeons and it seems when I do I pull aggro from the mobs. Should I refrain from using this in dungeons?

Secondly, how exactly does my limit break work? Is there a certain time I should be using it, and will using it take away the ability for another party member to use theirs at a more appropriate time?

Thanks, I'm sure I sound retarded but I'm still learning it all.

Tell your tank to Flash more. They should be able to easily hold aggro over summoner DoTs, especially considering the ramp-up time required.

Summoner limit break is an AoE, useful in cases where there's lots of adds. Most often though LB is done by a melee for the damage. Only 1 person is able to use it then it resets back at 0.

Ok cool. What exactly is flashing and what is AoE? I'm guessing it does more damage to an entire mob instead of one target. Sorry, told ya I'm new.

Flash is a tank skill that makes all monsters in an area want to attack him more. AoE is "Area of Effect", any skill or spell that spreads out over an area, instead of a single target.

Bane is awesome, if the tank can hold them all. I usually see if a tank is skilled or geared enough to let me do it, but i'f i'm pulling a lot of hate from monsters, i stop using it.

Limit break has specific uses most of the time, and mostly on boss fights. If there are multiple things you need to get down fast, is when you should do it. There are fights at max level that if used at the wrong time, can cause a huge problem, sometimes total party death.

Awesome thanks, since I have no clue how to see if tank is geared I guess I'll use until either tank yells at me again, or I see that I'm getting lots of aggro.
