Help me max my BLM (on turn 5)

Looking for a little bit of advice on what to do/buy next as I've been looking at stats and it's making my head hurt.

    I have

    Zenith

    Crimson hat
    Crimson robe
    Crimson gloves
    Allagan belt
    Myth trousers
    Myth boots

    Astral choker (penta-melded)
    Rose gold earrings (p-m)
    Astral bracelets (p-m)
    Myth ring
    Allagan ring

    which gives me

    INT: 476
    SS: 499
    CRIT: 522
    DET: 251
    ACC: 424

I was using deviled eggs for an extra 24 CRIT and 8 ACC, but that won't take me over the cap. So I have options.

I can switch to a different food, lava toad legs, to get over the accuracy cap, but then lose 12 CRIT.

Or I can switch the myth ring for a penta-melded astral ring, but lose 2 INT and 4 CRIT, but gain 1 SS, 12 ACC and 8 DET.

Or I can get the myth coat, but I heard the Alagan was best in slot and I'm not mad keen on spending myth on something that could be replaced.

Or I could just not worry about accuracy of 432. Tell me pls.

Use the high acc food until you get sceptre drop imo. 12 crit isn't a big deal.

I don't play BLM (I do have a lot of experience of DPSing in 1.0 and most other big MMOs, though), but I have to agree with BrandoH. Missing every now and then will make a negative impact in your damage that critting a very marginal amount more often will NOT make up for. Stick with the accuracy food until you hit accuracy cap from the natural progression of your gear upgrades. Imagine if you were unlucky enough to score a miss on your blizzard 3? That would really throw a wrench into your DPS rotation. Always cap accuracy first!
