Unrealistic ilvl requeriment

I wanted to give myself and my team the best chance possible. This was back before people had their Relics on our server, so we were all below item level 70 for Garuda, and we certainly didn't feel overgeared.

Ilvl 70 on a fight that drops ilvl 70 is overgearing it, whether you "feel overgeared" or not.
