Thread: Cactuar Progression Thread - v2.0

Not that I want to get involved in any of this, but just wanted to clear something up as I've had a few conversations in game today about. The point of this thread is track the progression of guilds on Cactuar. Let's say Curse transferred off. I would more than likely leave them here, but put up a note as to when they transferred off, similar to how I noted that FE transferred in.

Then shouldn't this rule have been noted in the OP (or even second post) if it was going to be enforced? Life would sure be great if I could go along making up rules as they come to fit any situation in my favor.

Yeah I hear ya Menriq, and I'm really not trying to start an argument here. I'm simply trying to point out that if we're going to compile data and information down to specific dates and times, etc. there should probably be a few rules and stipulations.

Also @ Menriq, I'm going to be a little nitpicky here then since everyone else has been, it's my turn now. Why are we listed after Judgement then? Also the name hasn't been changed to reflect the FC that we're actually using despite me updating it on page 14 I believe. I don't see any rules stated that says "If you transfer here, you'll be listed behind others despite the kill dates"

I'm not making up rules. I'm saying you all are on Cactuar, thus your progression is being tracked. Nothing more, nothing less.

I haven't updated the thread because I wasn't sure if you were going by FE or Forced Entry, and haven't had time to look. As for why you are after Judgement, it's because I hadn't considered server transfers way back when I started this thread, and thus I didn't have any instructions. No matter if I put you ahead or behind Judgement, it's going to cause angst. I think going forward, I will probably put something in place to avoid the ambiguity.

You do realize that server kill mean when you kill something on the server. aka the first time t8 died on cactaur was the first time on cactaur. if u move here and kill it the next week that is the second time a grp that is on cactaur has killed it. aka server second. do you follow my logic? its pretty simple. world progression is based off of when you get a kill. that is simple. time and date of first kill and such. Server progression is based off of when you kill it on your server. otherwise it wouldnt be called such. idk where the confusion is. but i am far to tired to give a rats ass honestly. goodnight :]
