Quick Question About Time Cards

I'm 3 days from the end of my subscription, it's entry level, I chose that because I only have one character anyway.

It says you can't redeem a time card on entry level sub. When my sub runs out, can I use the card then? Or will it still count me as entry level or would I have to sub to standard for a month first?

That's what I was thinking, but I have the chance to buy one for very cheap and I worry it won't be there in 3 days :/

The game time cards give standard subscriptions. So you'll have to switch your sub type to standard to use them.

You can't get them for "very cheap." Everyone pays (more or less) the same price, so if you see a "very cheap" one, then its probably too good to be true.

Unless it's a friend you know in real life, I'd say its probably not. I can't imagine why anyone would buy a time card and then sell it to someone else for less than they paid for it.

But when my sub runs out it wouldn't be standard or entry because I wouldn't have a sub.

It is always one or the other whether your sub is active or not.

Cancel your sub now, you'll still be able to play the remaining time left. When your sub ends, enter the time card code on the mogstation. Time cards are usually a code you enter so if you buy it now you can use it in three days time. I would caution you on trusting someone just because they are on the same Facebook group; it's the internet after all, anonymous people have no reason to be nice. If you feel you can trust him then that's up to you.

@ Saccharin - I already cancelled the auto-renewal of my sub when I took it out because I had a week off work this month and thought I'd just have the month and see how I felt afterwards. Trusting the guy isn't the issue, don't want this to come off rude but like you said it's up to me, I've seen them sell for almost as low on eBay lol. I just want to know if I can use the card when my time is up. Or is it like Alhanelem says, even though my sub will have expired will it still say entry or remember that my last sub is an entry one?

If adding a time card does make it a standard one you'll be able to switch back to an entry one afterwards Just make sure you don't make more than one char and it should be easy to do. If you have issues just contact SE as I'm sure they would correct it but the system should be able to handle it since it's probably a fairly common thing to switch back and forth with timecards.
