    arcanist lvl 30 quest npc not responding

    Opylona will not respond to a arcanist on the lvl30 quest

    you suppose to give her a freash fish but when you select her your skills darken out and nothing happens

    in notice everyone having the same issue and recycle quest as well as the game still no response
