Its my personal feelings and my post, If you choose to troll on it then that is your choice have at it.After looking through his post history it seems making a thread about this everyday is going to change everything. This is either a 'HAY I want attention talk to me!' thread or he's really adamant about trying to get fantasias for free. Either way I won't be checking this again now that I understand.
Hi OP, look at it from the positive side - you messed up on your character creation - SE has no obligation whatsoever to fix it for you. However, so far they have not rejected your request. They are probably taking so long because it is not a usual request, and certainly one that is out of policy.
Another thing that might help: there's a lot of things that you cannot influence in life. There is no point to stress yourself out over something you have no control. Go do something else and who knows when you least expect it you might get a pleasant surprise in your inbox.
Well either way I am a customer as everyone else and I don't have to be put last, Since many got theirs within hours of asking. the 1st email I got said they will escalate it, Then they said it will be shortly since it was accepted. Weeks went by and I heard nothing, I wrote them again and they responded by asking how I payed for the item and with what credit card. So that showed me someone maybe forgot the 1st email or maybe it got erased? idk. So I kept emailing and then finally a gm spoke with me in game and said that it should arrive in the mail by mog. I thought that meant right away because I have been waiting for a very long time.
If I may, I'd recommend you wait a bit for Fantasia to become available via the Mogstation (I'm pretty sure they confirmed this) and leave the one time restoration for a worse kind of mistake. It really is a one time thing so if you use it now that was the only time you'll have been able to use it.Please lock this post when or if it gets resolved.
I am Making a post (not to break the tos or to bash anyone) but I am very very upset with the costumer service at this point!
I put in a ticket a long time ago for a fantasia restore and I keep getting the run around, Before anyone asks if I put it in the right section. Yes I did and 5+ emails since then and also ingame tickets to gm services.
I was told via email a few weeks back that it was accepted for restore and it never happened! So I wrote back with no luck this is absurd.
Then I get a very nice game master that I spoke with ingame about 4 to 5 days ago telling me he or she saw the emails. Nothing has happened still! I want to let you know se, I will quit this game if this is not taken care of today asap because I pay to play and I am a customer. If I get another threat for asking for customer service as I have before I will be making note of all my emails and text logs because I value my account.
Someone else asks for the same thing and gets it within the matter of hours, I will not play a female character so I wont play till I get my potion, I messed up and that's my fault since I was trying to make random characters and didn't think I was on my main character when I used it.

If they don't restore it today I am going to delete my character and re start a new, I will lose all my af2 / relic+1's/ ala gear and all my x mode clears as well as everything I've worked hard on but I will do this today. I was asking for a 1 time courtesy on the (fantasia potion) restore, that means I would not be able to ask for another restore on a fantasia potion which I think is very fair.

If you are just going to delete your character and start new, then this may be the best way to go. Just a suggestion.
Welcome to the world of SE "customer service" - I have some nightmare stories of their customer service, but I don't want to get banned so I'll keep my facts to myself, they love to ban people.
Ummm, don't take this too personal, but using your 1-time restore on a Fantasia has to be the dumbest idea I've ever heard. They will only use a 1-time restore once and only once, why in the world would any rational person use this on an item you can just buy in the mogstation in the near future, especially when you admit that you are the one who used it but wasnt paying attention. I've use the Fantasia before there are a lot of things you have to do to use the Fantasia, first you use it ingame, then you log out and have to right click on the character you used it on and pick to change the appearance, then you get a warning before saving the changes. That's a lot of steps to take and then somehow ignore all warnings...you just messed up and are mad that you have consequences to messing up, either that or you made changes, now you regret those changes and now want a "do over" - this is an online game where people live in those games, its nothing like an offline game, there are none to extremely limited "do overs" in this game. You should see this whole ordeal as a lesson in online gaming, pay attention to what you're doing or face the consequences.
