ofc its not anyones fault but I do have a right to speak and when I was told via email I got excited weeks back but still nothing. So basically I asked and am asking for customer service and that is my right +1
I see. Did SE explain to you why it is taking longer than usual? Did you ask them to provide an approximate date by which your problem can be resolved?
