I am Making a post (not to break the tos or to bash anyone) but I am very very upset with the costumer service at this point!
I put in a ticket a long time ago for a fantasia restore and I keep getting the run around, Before anyone asks if I put it in the right section. Yes I did and 5+ emails since then and also ingame tickets to gm services.
I was told via email a few weeks back that it was accepted for restore and it never happened! So I wrote back with no luck this is absurd.
Then I get a very nice game master that I spoke with ingame about 4 to 5 days ago telling me he or she saw the emails. Nothing has happened still! I want to let you know se, I will quit this game if this is not taken care of today asap because I pay to play and I am a customer. If I get another threat for asking for customer service as I have before I will be making note of all my emails and text logs because I value my account.
Someone else asks for the same thing and gets it within the matter of hours, I will not play a female character so I wont play till I get my potion, I messed up and that's my fault since I was trying to make random characters and didn't think I was on my main character when I used it.

P.S. I did want to mention that the Game Master service is excellent.
If I may, I'd recommend you wait a bit for Fantasia to become available via the Mogstation (I'm pretty sure they confirmed this) and leave the one time restoration for a worse kind of mistake. It really is a one time thing so if you use it now that was the only time you'll have been able to use it.
