I heard of a guy that called se and waited hours to find it charged him around 400 bucks now this is all hear say so might be false. But yeah im going to delete my character and just re lvl my monk/ war/ drg/ and re get all that gear and do coil / ex / ct / everything I put into it since day one. Atleast when I make a new character I get a fantasia potion and I can play a male character and enjoy taking more screen shots ingame of doing things is fun.
So they don't have any support over the weekend?

I'm confused as to why if you are so dead set against playing a female character, you'd use Fantasia, "Play around" with the Character Creator making Female characters when you know full well you don't and won't ever play a female character.
Your behaviour in itself is quite contradictory, then you play the "Feel sorry for me card" over and over. I'm sorry but that don't fly, life sucks, everyone knows this, and everyone has their own hang-ups to deal with I'm afraid. Your's as awful as they may be do not put you infront of anybody else I'm afraid.

You realize this was posted @ 5:50am PST on a WEEKEND when the SE CS team isn't even working and most DEVs aren't going to bother answering until Monday at the earliest? It is also a 3-day weekend in the USA. I will say you may have had a bum deal with CS, but I will say throwing a temper tantrum and quitting isn't the way to go about getting what you want. They will not even bat an eyelash over your leaving.
To the OP: I got my fantasia restored the other day. And to boot, they mailed me two of them!
How does that make you feel?

I'm going to side with SE on this one. They gave the potions to you in a contract that basically says "We are giving you this potion in confidence that you will use it with caution and trust you to be careful with it should you consume the potion it is no longer our responsibility the outcomes that occur from it."
You accidentally used the potion, because it was in your hands and you used it, you are responsible for it. Unfortunately I don't think SE should have to give you another free one cause you goofed.
It's like going into a store and buying a soda and then going home and drinking it all when you weren't thirsty and then going back to the store and demanding that they give you another one for when you are thirsty. It just doesn't work that way my friend.
Unless of course I am misunderstanding what the situation is :/
I wonder why Customer Service is so terrible when it's flooded with people wanting to change things that they had selected themselves in the first place?
You chose your appearance, but somehow you aren't responsible for your own decisions... and if Customer Service doesn't change it for you IMMEDIATELY, they suck.
Meanwhile, there are people who are waiting to have their legitimate issues solved... like billing problems, but they have to wait because your character is the wrong gender and that's far, far more important. So yeah, it's all CS's fault. If only there was a way to get around this... like picking 'male' during character creation. ...or not naming your Tank "Faerie Healer" ...or when the popup appears saying "Are you sure you want to throw away your relic weapon", selecting 'no'. If only these things that existed, existed! Why, SE, WHY?!?!?!
Damn you, Customer Service!!! Damn your blackened hearts for not being more sympathetic to my own crappy decisions!!! Damn you for not magically knowing to come to the forums and read General Chat because I need to be protected from myself! Damn you for not hiring people who don't want to stay at work 24/7 for the rest of their lives!!!!! Why is your completely optional entertainment software not human proof and perfect?!!?!? Why is my keyboard not made of Nerf!!??!?! DAMN YOU, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

It's your own damn fault you used your fantasia. You lost it because of something YOU did. SE has absolutely no obligation to replace it for you, and if you're really going to quit over something like this, you might as well leave now before the next trivial thing forces you to quit.
