Can't change settings.

Ok i can help you out i had this issue on my GF pc go to your config and go to font settings--> click on use windows system font--> then click w/e font --> then press ok then load up the config again and take off use windows system font then save it again and now you can use the config without it doing that i had this issue yestherday also it's a issue with the font thing i hope this help you.

She also have the same OS but i found out it's just the font setting update that mess up maybe this would help you
