As the week progresses all I see in Labyrinth are BLM and SMN DPS. The other body pieces that are split between two classes will only have to compete with one other person for their drop if it drops. You could, potentially, be competing with three other people for one item if you're not one of the lucky ones. That doesn't seem right to me. I run Labyrinth of the Ancients on two characters and I see pretty much the exact same drops as the OP and it's the very reason that MNK is the next job I'm gearing with Labyrinth drops. I will say that after running LotA repeatedly I did manage to luck out and get a Crimson Vest while in competition with two others that could've "needed" it. So yeah it sucks and yeah it's stupid but hang in there

There is ALWAYS this problem, in ALL instances, for some pieces.
There's always some pieces that drop 90% of the time, and some other that drop less than 1% of the time.
In Coil, healer stuff seem....well i have never seen any healer gear drop. and only seen a handful of ppl wearing any, on Balmung, while drg/mnk stuff supposedly dropped like candy, from a smashed pinata.
In AK there was some accessories that i only saw drop once, in months.
Cant say i disagree with the mnk drops in CT, since i got head/body/pants/belt, within 2 runs each. Dont think i seen boots/gloves yet, but dont really care about them, aside from vanity i guess.

I witnessed 5 caster bodies drop to the floor this week.

I'm in the exact same boat. I think I hat around 35 runs last night. At this point... I'm in desperation mode and will take anything. But when I entered desperation mode, not even the first 2 bosses dropped gear I need. It's like this game knows what I'm thinking and does the opposite.

This also goes for the healing body in coil. That thing does not exist.

If it makes you feel any better it took me 29 runs last week to get the Armor of light body.

about 12 runs for me this week looking for healer body, settled on pants because its late in the week. Just settle on something else and don't worry about it.

Belt, hat, and pants dropped first run of each week on Monday for my smn. Then feet on the 4th week and I passed on them in hopes of getting chest. That was a mistake. Ran 5 more times that week with nothing dropping. On the 5th week I got the robe on second run. Now for next week just need feet and hands. Hands I have not seen drop in any run to date.

Ct has been very cruel to me. ive noticed there has been an alternating drop scenario for people on my server. as to where i have never seen item X they havent seen Y. i ran for my WHM pants all week. probably at least 30 times. sunday night came and i said screw it and took the dumb BRD hat. monday morning i thought id try again, and the very 1st run i got my pants. going forward i only need 2 things and both are from the 1st 2 chests. so ill be that person leaving to let the join in progress people in whether my item drops or not.
