The game was released in 2010. There has been plenty of time to level everything up to 50.No. ZephyrAM hit the nail on the head. There is no possible way in the world you can have all jobs/crafts/gatherers at 50 and expect anyone with a job, responsibilities, etcetera to believe you play the game "casually" and it's the game's fault for not having enough content. For people with enough legit free time to do that, then I'm jealous. Not spiteful, just jealous. But don't sit here and say the game is crap or outdated because of xyz because you have free time times infinity.
I've been playing Minecraft and Sins of a Solar Empire.
Not sure FF XIV has enough staying power for me. People talk about content. I'm not sure where I fall on this.
On the one hand, there are lots of jobs to level up. On the other hand, once you've leveled up one job, you've seen all the 'vistas'. So I'm not sure if leveling up other jobs counts, to me, as content. Then there is crafting/gathering. Somewhat different. Maybe a better argument that it is 'more' content.
With new games coming out I think FF may have a hard time.
I personally am looking forward to EQL and Archeage.
