I think you're missing the point they are making.

They are saying Garuda is good practice to work on dmg output against Titan's Heart, because of the phase in Garuda where she summons 2 clones of herself.

You have to knock them out fast before they reappear in the middle and do a devestating attack. if the group you are in and the dmg output you provide is good enough then both clones will be defeated however if one still remains and does it attack, it just means you need more practice working on your rotation so that you can provide a better dmg output against Titan.

My damage was NOT the problem in the fight, i fail to see how people are thinking this.... Lets see, maybe it was the way server postioning is done? Or no heals? Or No esuna after the jail just before the heart? There were many of reasons why the fight was lost. Shocked AF2 isn't required here too...

Also, you need to beat Garuda to get to Titan. Which i must say, was so easy. First attempt win and it was only 11 minutes. But Titan however... I still think it's that damn positioning check. Not sure why they don't just have it save after you get out of w/e AOE you avoided. I guess that would make this fight far too easy. Casting a spell then having a plume put under you is almost certain death. Because it happens mid cast and the server saves your position there even after running out of it.
