This game needs a speed up! Increase the Tempo a little!

This is mostly true. Especially for Titan HM while working on my relic quest I literally stood in one spot petting my rabbit and using the mouse to click 1-2-3 and a defensive CD right before mountain buster. I'm sure warrior tanking is a little more dynamic but this game is a bit slow paced.. the 2.5 sec GCD doesn't help all that much either.

This was my points, not to bash the 2.5 GCD but as a long term tank player the cooldown combined with 3 skills I have leads me to semi afk tank.

The paladin is not engaging and it feels very slow, for people to say "get to endgame then complain" im sorry but im not getting anymore skills

I stand still hit 1-2-3, wait, move, flash, wait, move, make a ciggy, 1-2-3, and repeat.
Maybe the red circles might be come more frequent but it still very slow paced "IN MY OPINION" (see what I did this time) The GCD either needs some adjustment or the Paladin need more of more , you can say roll another class but ... well whos going to tank for the dps classes ?

We are already a low played class, I think this has as much to do with the slow pace of the class/combat system as it does with the so called
"toxic community" (which I haven't seen yet)

On another note the reason I brought my tanking experience into it is because tanking is tanking and here the tanking is over easy due to the pace of the combat, it seems this thread has became centred around me and my replies now but oh well I replied to the OP because I had an "opinion" (again) about my class and the pace of combat.

Yes, Black Mage would do that to you. Watch out for those Thundercloud procs though, you never know when they might come... <.<

I don't know how high your standards are, but if you consider twintania to be not exciting enough.. well, you're probably too good to please. At least I find that exciting every time. And engaging. The. Whole. Fight.

This game is actually pretty fast paced (battle-wise) for a RPG. Compare this to any other FF game and the fights go pretty quickly and you have to have some quick reflexes not to totally suck at it.

I suppose it can feel slow once you've got the mechanics down in memory. I could run WP in my sleep now but, when I first started running, it was all shrieks and panicking about Stalker-stabz and table flipping over getting too many stacks of rancor.

But, you pop in any rpg game-- It's meant to be slow because it's story and character development based. If you want action, play a action based game like Halo or CoD. Hell, play some Super Mario Bros; that's more action packed than the general rpg game.

I wouldn't call leveling from 1-50 on your first class in a full day and almost every dungeon can be done in 30mins or less slow paced
