It's like J-walking or cutting across a parking lot in your car. Those things are illegal, unless a cop has a bad day or just wants to be an a-hole to you, chances are he's not gonna do anything to you.

Provide a link to info saying dps meters arent allowed. they are third party programs that run independently form the game and in no way modify it, it's not a hack or intrusive program.
