Why do you have this silly idea that every skill shares the same cool down?

Why cant I go do
- Circle Slash
- Red Lotus
- Luminous Spire

3 completely different skills, all use 1000 TP so I can go [SIZE="5"]BAM [/SIZE][SIZE="6"]BAM [/SIZE][SIZE="7"]BAM[/SIZE]
