BCoB group seeking 1 melee DPS

Neutral Impact is now accepting applications for 1 melee DPS.

Our 4th coil group is looking to rep a melee. 5/7 members in the group have cleared Twintania previously and are looking to continue their farming efforts going forward. Requirements to be apart of the group are as follows:

- Must join our FC, this is non-negotiable.
- Must be able to use Teamspeak (at least listening).
- Availability on Mondays at 8:30-11:30pm EST for raiding.
- Flexible schedule at least 3 weeknights after 8pm EST (if additional days are needed for Turn 5 initially).
- Experience with Turn 5 or have cleared it a huge plus.
- Minimum ilvl 80, know/play your class well.
- Participation in other guild activities (weekly meeting, housing fundraisers, treasure hunting, ex farming 2-3x/week) is a huge plus.

Must join our FC, this is non-negotiable.

This is the worst recruiting tactic I've ever seen. Ultimatums are never a good strategy.

If you can't fill from an FC shouldn't you look outside the FC, and try them out. Then if you're happy and they're happy and seeing how awesome you/your FC is THEN ask them if they'd like to join. Not demand they join before knowing if things are a good fit or not.


People should want to join an FC because they are fun, progressing, and helpful. Not because they can't do something with us/get loot before they leave a different FC.

Maybe I'm dumb, but I'm confused by your idea of recruiting.
