Why don't you make a post on your servers forum, asking if anyone wants to start a static group to run coil and other 8 man content, gather the troops, set a time when your all online, make friends the nyou learn together, much much more rewarding.

Thanks guys, we was a bit late in starting BC (most of us started raiding in Dec) but we have 8 BC static groups now and the majority is on turn 5, my group just recently got to turn 5 and the most we got Twin to 64% so far, 2nd attempt at it.
just need some experience, we will get there
