i voted dislike, but it's not really as black and white as the question.

fates can have a place in the game and be completely fine, but i dislike them being the focal point and the only real open world content. if the added back in the coffer camping in the beastmen strongholds with decent drops, open world nm's with the short respawn like the high level notorious monsters in 1.0, and added back in enough mobs to support mob grind parties i would be fine with fates being part of it. basically i voted dislike as i am more of one that likes to do a variety of things.one day i may want to run fates for fun, one day get a group and down nm's, one day just go with a group and maul mobs in the open world for the fun of it, and one day beat my head on the wall running dungeons all day. the point is the more things you have to do and the more options you have the less that one thing begins to annoy you and that extends your time spent enjoying a game.

it's the same way i feel about the week lockouts on coil and the single drop from ct. i don't mind having some stuff in the game like that, but with as little as we have in game currently that is all of the content and it all has the same lockout. it gets boring to do that one thing and be completed with endgame by mon-tues.
