Hi i know there has been lots of posts on the forums about this issue but it seems SE are still not responding to anyone or even acknowledge that there is a problem. Like most im with sky broadband, and looking at posts we have already identified that there is nothing wrong with sky, its something wrong with SE servers or isp.
I think SE need to take this issue a lot more seriously and at least put some sort news or forum post stating that they are aware of this problem as from what i can see this is affecting a huge player base of ff14. If SE fail to fix this problem or not even communicate with us about it they are going to lose a huge portion of their player base as already people are cancelling subscriptions and quitting the game.
So SE please post some sort of reply in this thread or at least tell us what is going on and how long it will take to fix.
