The setting in the above image--- Is that Central Coerthas before it became a snowfield or is that the Shroud?

Pretty sure it's Central Coerthas (you can see the remains of the bridge/Dalamud/thing in the backround). I seriously want this UI! The party list fonts, colors, and layout alone is so much better than the one we have now
