So essentially:

16 mind, 21 Crit, 22 Piety from heroes

vs.

42 spell speed, 32 determination, 21 accuracy, 32 vitality

Roughly speaking...
1 MND = 1 more HP healed
4 Det = 1 more HP healed
1 PIE = 7 MP
1 VIT = 15 HP
15 crit = 1% crit rate
And ~130 spell speed drops my Cure cast time by 0.1 sec and recast by 0.13 sec.

So essentially, the heroes accessories would give you about 150 more MP and inflate your average iLv.
Whereas the crafted pieces would give you around 480 more HP.
The rest of the differences are pretty small.
