I've been working on getting my achievements for company leves, supply missions, and provisioning missions. Even buying all my dark matter with seals, I still get more than I really know what to do with...

Same as Urthdigger, supply missions and provisioning missions give me nearly 5k seals a day for 30min crafting (or buying them if I feel lazy).
What I do with them : I'm stacking Tablet to change stats between INT and SPR when I switch INV <=> ERU.

Not needed seals for a long time, but fate farming in aleport, costa and coerthas still seems busy if that's what you want

Nothing.

There is nothing you can do with seals in endgame, except buying some housing stuff which less than 1% of the server population can use at the moment.

If you still need them, do dungeons and supply the dropped gear to your GC. Most people pass on the gear anyway.
