We will be more than happy to assist as much as possible. However, before going through the details of our one-time item restoration service, we would like to remind you that there are plans to make the Fantasia potion available again for players in the near future as an optional service.
However, if you do not wish to wait until this optional service is available, please find below the conditions regarding our item restoration service:
- The item restoration/exchange is a one-time service only per account.
- The investigation may take up to 1 week.
- The restoration of the item is not guaranteed.
If you agree with these conditions and still wish to proceed with your Item Restore request, please ensure that the following information is provided in your message in order for us to investigate:
- Character (World) on which the item was possessed.
- Item Name.
Based on this information provided, we will then proceed with our investigation in order to find evidence of the loss and determine if the item can be restored.
Should we be able to restore the item, it will then be sent directly to your character via a Mog letter.
