Yeah, I've been looking too. I'm on Lindblum. I ended up making my own linkshell, but haven't had luck getting members. Its like the shells shun everyone.

I'm on Lindblum too and it's pretty much impossible to find a linkshell. I've checked so many forums that claim to have recruitment threads but I can't tell if any of em are active still since the posts are from 2010. A lot can happen from December to June. Some linkshells have websites but most of the ones I've checked are dead as well Not to mention the only conversation I've actually seen in game was some pointless arguement. Is it too much to ask to find some friendly people in game

Lindblum isn't a low pop server by any means, but for me it seems like a linkshell is either dead (or almost no people on in it) or it's a big name "endgame" linkshell.

I'd like to try settling in somewhere myself, but I'm concerned with real life commitments I need to tend to in the near future, meaning time issues eventually, and I'm not a blazing fast leveler.

At least some new people are still looking into the Lindblum server, seems like a certain other server is being advertised too much <_< Wouldn't want everyone to end up on there now eventually, do we?

I hate those endgame groups It's what turned me off FFXI after several years playing. Got around level 70 and suddenly everyone I knew was too busy to even talk to me. Just about every endgame linkshell was all "serious business". I miss hanging out, going out of the way to cause trouble and just beat up some random monster/go to some random zone just because.

Also I kinda wanna see everyone join one server...Just to see if it would eventually crash it. Call it mean but come on, it would be funny to say the least
